X A I N |EPISODE|: I love ambient, experimental noise music. Most especially the "noise" aspect of it.

Confessions as a whole combines a culmination of things I love: Mishima, noise music, and the ability to just fall into my "Purgatory Kabuki" —that part of my mind that is not accessible by way of other genres.
What I particularly enjoy about Confessions is the use of "dissonant sounds" to create harmonious compositions without being dreadfully repetitive or needlessly dissonant for the sake of it. Favorite track: ゲロリスト.

about

This is really quite an old album now. One of the first when I really gave up on trying to make 'pop' style music and instead focused on the kind of delay-swamped synth soundscapes that I love to listen to anyway. It's not the best thing I've done, but there are some decent tracks on here. Track 2 is a new score I did for a Shozin Fukui short film.

An outlet for sonic experiments, sleepy noodling, a lot of whomp-whomp throbbing sounds and the occasional ping.
